Canine FaSSIF와 Canine FaSSGF는 공복 상태의 개 장내 액체를 모사한 용출 시험용 매질입니다.
In vitro 시험 매질에는 개의 위장관에 존재하는 생리적 계면활성제(담즙산과 레시틴)가 포함되어 있습니다.
이 제품으로는 3가지 시험 배지를 만들 수 있습니다.

• FaSSIFc: Canine Fasted State Simulated Intestinal Fluid
• FaSSGFc pH 1.5: Canine Fasted State Simulated Gastric Fluid after administration of pentagastrin (pH 1.5)
• FaSSGFc pH 6.5: Canine Fasted State Simulated Gastric Fluid (pH 6.5)
